Dear Daventry District Council,

I drove along the A14 from its junction with the M1 to Rothwell on 26th July.

I noticed a number of badly littered lay-bys. Checking later on google maps I realised that they were within your area.

Are you responsible for cleaning these lay-bys? If so, when were each of them cleaned prior to 26th July.

Daventry District Council is responsible for cleaning these lay-bys. The last cleansing of the lay-bys was undertaken on 11/05/2020; unfortunately the significant rise in fly tipping across the district has had an impact on services.
