Freedom of Information Act 2000 request – UKCAT GEP (A102)  
 
In response to your request for information dated 2 September 2014, made under 
section 1(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“the Act”), I am writing to 
confirm that the information you require does not exist.  
 
An explanation is provided below.  
 
You asked the following: 
 
“I am writing to ascertain the UKCAT GEP (A102) cut off scores for all years that this 
data is held in the Medical School.” 
 
This information is not available as the College does not use UKCAT GEP (A102) 
cut off scores.  
 
Instead the College uses "competitive averages”, which provides an approximate 
indication as to the average low end score.  Please find the scores for the entry years 
2013 and 2014 below. These are both post interviews scores.  
 
2014: 772 
2013: 730 
 
This completes your request for information.
