Dear AA Wells

 

Thank you for your email to Robinson College that was received on 1^st
September 2023, requesting information regarding the details below:

 

I request the following data for each A100 applicant in the 2022-2023
admissions cycle (For entry in 2023):

 

-Their BMAT scores and breakdown by section.

-Predicted A-levels.

-Whether an interview was offered.

-Interview score (If applicable)

-If they received an offer or were winter-pooled, along with the outcome
if they were placed in the winter pool.

 

The Robinson College responses are shown below:

 

The College does not provide the data for each applicant, as per the
exemption under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act.  The
disclosure of such information in this manner might, in combination with
other information possibly in the public domain, lead to a person being
identified.  The College has therefore provided summary data in response
to your requests:

• The scores achieved ranged from 2.8 through to 7.1
• The average score achieved was 4.9

 

BMAT Scores Section 2:

• The scores achieved ranged from 3.3 through to 9
• The average score achieved was 5.2

• The average score achieved was 3.1

the personal data of individuals.  This is exempt under section 40(2) of
the FOIA (Personal Data).  The processing of this information for
disclosure under FOI would be unlawful or unfair, and would contravene
principle (a) of the UK GDPR

 

Your right to seek a review:

 

If you are dissatisfied with this response you may request an independent
internal review of our handling of your request by submitting a complaint
within two months to the address below, quoting reference FOI 2023-36. If
you ask for an internal review, it would be helpful if you could say why
you are dissatisfied with the response.

 

As part of any internal review Robinson College’s handling of your
information request will be reassessed by staff who were not involved in
providing you with this response. If you remain dissatisfied after this
internal review, you would have a right of complaint to the Information
Commissioner as established by section 50 of the Freedom of Information
