Dear St John's College, Cambridge,

I would like to make a request concerning A100 medicine for the admission cycle 2022-23.

- 1) How many applicants applied and how many were interviewed?
- 2) What was the BMAT scores for interview holders (correlated for section 1 and 2. if this is not possible, please give an average of section 1 and 2 of each applicant)
-3) What were the BMAT scores for offer holders (same format as above)
-4) What were the total interview scores of offer holders (if this could be correlated with BMAT scores, it would be ideal, otherwise uncorrelated is fine)
-5) What were the total interview scores of applicants who were pooled? (same condition as 4)
- 6) Of applicants pooled, how many got an offer from another college?
- 7) How many children from grammar schools: applied, got an interview and got an offer?

Yours faithfully,
Jess Smith

Provision of the requested breakdown of applicant information is exempt
under Section 40(2) of the FOI Act (personal information); given the small
numbers involved it would create a real risk of individuals being
identified and their personal data becoming public knowledge. It would
also require the processing of the personal data of individual applicants
for a purpose other than that for which it was obtained and would
therefore conflict with the Data Protection Principles. However, we hope
the following information will prove useful. For ease of reference please
