The A Level grades of international students who have been offered a place
for the A100 Medicine Undergraduate course fits into the category ‘five or
fewer’. We are unable to provide the exact figures for  A Level grades
achieved because, when the individual numbers are so low, there is a risk
that it would be possible to identify the individuals involved from the
data provided. This information is therefore exempt from disclosure under
Section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act, which states that "any
information to which a request for information relates is also exempt
information if - (a) it constitutes personal data."  For these purposes,
‘personal data’ means data from which a living person could be identified.

I am obliged, under the Freedom of Information Act, to inform you of our
complaints procedures in case you are unhappy about the way in which your
request has been dealt with. If you wish to complain about this response,
you should contact the College Secretary at the address below.
