1. What typical A Level/Advanced Highers subjects were studied by
students invited to interview?
A-Level – Chemistry is required alongside one other science (maths,
biology, physics). Typically applicants apply with Chemistry, Biology
and/or Maths. Psychology, English, Music, History are other popular
choices.
Advanced Highers – typically a continuation from Higher subjects, most
commonly AH Chemistry, AH Biology, AH Maths. Again, AH Music is very
popular too.
2. What typical A Level/Advanced Highers predicated grades were invited
to interview?
A-Level – minimum AAA predicted required to be invited
AH – minimum BBB predicted required to be invited.
3. What was the applicant to interview ratio?
Approx. 2:1 for 2022 Entry
4. What were the highest and lowest UCAT scores of the candidates that
were successful in obtaining an interview?
3240 – 2440
5. What were the UCAT scores of applicants that were rejected before the
interview?
2440 – 1490
6. Were candidates invited to interview with Situational Judgement Band 4
invited to interview?
Yes
7. How many widening access students were invited to interview?
