A100 Medicine admission enquiry
Dear University of Dundee,
I will appreciate your help if you could give me some information about the process and admission in the A100 (Medicine) Course, in particularly RUK (rest of the uk, not Scottish) applicants.
1. Could you please provide the number of successful RUK applicants who was offered a place in the 2023 admission cycle
2. Could you please clarify if Widening participants (WP) receive a 10% increase in their UCAT score
3. Could you also please provide the average mean UCAT score for successful RUK applicants who was offered a place in the 2023 admission cycle
4. Could you also please provide the interview : offer ratio for the 2023 admission cycle

Thank you for your information request which has been handled under the
Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FoI(S)A).
The 2023/24 admissions cycle (2023 intake) has not yet ended and as such
I'm afraid we are unable to provide figures for the 2023 intake now.
These figures would normally be available after the academic year has
commenced in September. Please see the University's website [1]here for
the relevant dates.

The standard academic year is divided into two teaching semesters, with 4
and 3 week vacations at Christmas and Easter respectively
