I would like to request the following information for the A100 Medicine course for 2018 entry, about all current offer holders.

For each offer holder, please may I have the details of:
1) Number and proportion of GCSEs at A* (if applicable to student)
2) BMAT result for each section of the test
3) AS-level UMS results/IB results/Highers results (if applicable to student)
4) A-level/IB/Highers grade predictions with subjects studied - you may leave blank for students who do not use these qualifications
5) EPQ grade (if applicable to student)
6) Whether or not they were placed into the winter pool
7) The college which made the offer
