A100 Admission Statistics for Medicine

Thank you for your request for information from the University of
Sheffield. The University holds some of the information you have
requested.
You requested the following regarding "the past 3 complete admissions
cycles for home domicile students applying to the A100 Medicine course":
1 ) The number of applicants, applicants interviewed, applicants given an
offer for contextual/widening participation and non contextual/WP
candidates

2 ) The average UCAT score of applicants, applicants interviewed,
applicants given an offer for contextual/widening participation and normal
candidates

3 ) Lowest UCAT score interviewed, given an offer for contextual/WP
candidates and non contextual/WP candidates (excluding extenuating
circumstances candidates)

Colleagues have asked us to note that UCAT was not used for all WP route
applicants in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid-19 and testing restrictions, and
so we do not hold accurate average and lowest UCAT scores for these years
for WP route applicants. Figures provided represent known WP route
applicants and may not include contextual offers given by the central
Admissions Team.
