Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

From your document 'JSA Claimant Commitment Guidance For LMDMs':

'24. The JSA Claimant Commitment was introduced into Wigan, Warrington and Oldham 
ahead of UC implementation. We did not see increase in referral rates for LM decisions. 
25. What we did see was an increase in the adverse decision rate – this was just under 99%.'


1. Please provide the total number of referrals made for LM decisions on which the increase of 99% is based.

2. Please provide the number of referrals made for LM decisions that were adverse in the period the 99% increase occurred.

3. If within costs, please also provide the period of time during which the 99% increase occurred.
