Dear North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust,

How many 999 calls were received in the last year?

How many given the highest priority and how long until Officers arrived?

What are the guidelines or policy on grading calls with relevant response times?

Yours faithfully,

John Brown

Hello John

Thank you for your recent FOI request. Please can I ask for some clarity of your questions.

For question one, are you referring to 2019 as a whole or the 12 months from 03 Feb 2019 - 03 Feb 2020?

For question two, are you looking for an average response time or a list of response times for each category one incident?

For question three, ambulance response targets are set nationally, information can be found here, https://www.england.nhs.uk/urgent-emerge...

Thank you,
Alice
