Dear London Ambulance Service NHS Trust,

I would like to request a copy of a 999 call I made on 03/09/19 at around midday where I was put through to the ambulance service. The number used to make this call was my mobile number: 07538487172. This phone call saved my life and it would mean a great deal to me to hear the professionalism and care of the call handler who reassured me and looked after me during a very troubling time.

I have been informed that calls are stored for a duration of two years. I would be very grateful if I could gather a copy of the phone call.

Yours faithfully,

Amy Latham
