Please interpret my request as widely as possible and include rather than exclude if you are
in any doubt. Documents may include minutes, notes made by the delegates, handouts,
papers, etc. etc. The relevant meetings will have taken place at some time before August
2004.

Your request will now be considered in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (2000).
You will receive a response within the statutory timescale of 20 working days, as defined by the
Act, subject to the information not being exempt or containing a reference to a third party.

In advance of our response, I would like to point out that the Freedom of Information Act provides
the public with a right to request access to recorded information held by the Constabulary.  If any
of the information you have requested is not contained in a recorded format, the Constabulary is
not obliged to create information for the purpose of responding to your request.

We aim to respond to your request by the 17th April 2009. In some circumstances the Norfolk
Constabulary may be unable to achieve this deadline.  If this is likely, you will be informed and
given a revised timescale at the earliest opportunity.

Some requests may also require either full or partial transference to another public authority in
order to answer your query in the fullest possible way.  Again, you will be informed if this is the
case.

Yours sincerely,
Nina Bond
