Freedom of Information Act Request: Ref FOI 97-22/23: Response 
 
I am writing further to your request made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 received on 24 
October 2022.  NHS Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care Board’s (ICB) response is set out 
below: 
 
 
I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act regarding the latest 
Meeting Minutes of your 3 different committees. 
Could you please provide the latest meeting minutes for; 
 
1) Area Prescribing Committee 
 
A copy of the latest minutes of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Joint Prescribing Group held on 6th 
October 2022 accompanies this response letter.  However, please note that the names of individuals 
referenced in the minutes have been redacted, although their job titles have been retained.  The exemption 
applied is Section 40(2) under the Freedom of Information Act as the ICB considers the release of this data 
would be likely to lead to the disclosure of personal information and result in a breach of the Data Protection 
Act 2018 principles. The individuals concerned are from various organisations across Cambridgeshire and 
Peterborough and would not expect this information to be disclosed to external third parties, and to do so 
would be unfair, therefore disclosure would breach the First Data Protection Principle; Lawfulness, fairness 
and transparency. 
 
2) Medicines Optimisation Team 
 
I can confirm the ICB holds no information pertinent to this request. 
 
3) Medicines Management Team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care Board (ICB)?
