Further to your information request FOI/EIR 22/23-205 please find your question and our response below. 
 
Request:  
Many residents have applied for your 100k Homes schemes since 2019 so could you please publish the 
list of allocated 100K homes either in Fordham or Old Tannery@ Fore Hill development & how many 
people are in the waiting list. We can see that this 100k home scheme is celebrated via various media for 
many years but unfortunately, we couldn't get any update on those who allocated it successfully. 
 
Response:  
 
There are eight £100k Homes in Fordham and four £100k Homes in Ely, all have been allocated. 
 
We do not hold a waiting list as people’s circumstances and therefore potentially their eligibility changes 
over time. The Council opens a new application round for each £100k Homes scheme.
