Thank you for your email of 2 March 2022 requesting the following information:
“I am interested in copies of records held that are created as per Part 3 DRY TRAINING AREA
(DTA) ORDERS FOR AREAS B, D, E, F, G, & H, order no. 34 entitled "Booking on and off" and
marked section "a" of the Standing Orders for Aldershot Training Areas and Miscellaneous
Training Facilities, which reads as follows:
"All units are to book on and book off the DTA through the recognised Guardroom for the training
area being used, see Reference G, Part 1, Page 11, Para 23-29 for details and in addition ring the
training Estates SE Ops Room prior to and on completion of all training."
For the following training areas:

B4b
B4d
B4e
B3
For the dates 1st March 2021 to 28th February 2022 inclusive.
Should it be necessary to reduce the scope of this request I will accept records held by the
recognised guard room for these areas, and the scope may be further restricted to areas B4d and
B4e respectively. Furthermore, should the scope prove to fall outside of reasonable limits I will
accept a subset of the request.
An indication as to the type of user - civilian or military - would be useful.
”
I am treating your correspondence as a request for information under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000 (FOIA).
A search for the information has now been completed within the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and I
can confirm that no information in scope of your request is held. I can confirm that we hold no
records of bookings on/off for the period in question with the exception of 1st March 2021 to 31st
May 2021 which was provided in FOI 2021/06770.
Under Section 16 of the FOIA (Advice and Assistance), you may find it helpful to know that the
Department does hold information related to training area bookings for this period, but does not
hold information of units booking on and off during the period requested.
