This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
 
I am writing to inform you that we have searched our records and some of the 
information you requested is not held by Warwickshire County Council.
WCC did not undertake a Return on Investment study in relation to the 
investment provided to City of Culture Trust and therefore cannot provide the 
information requested. The investment is being regularly monitored based on a 
series of key performance indicators which were agreed as part of the investment 
agreement and the final outcomes/benefits of the investment will be realised once 
the City of Culture Trust carry out a final evaluation of the entire programme.
 
I have detailed below the information that is held.
 
Please provide details of the funding given to the Coventry City of Culture or associated 
organisations and provide details of the Return on Investment study carried out on that 
funding.
The committed investment from WCC for City of Culture funding was £1m.
PROPOSED PAYMENT PLAN
1st November 2020: £250k
28th February 2021: £250k

The investment is being regularly monitored based on a series of key
