Re: Information Request – Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000 
I can confirm that the NHS Information Centre for Health and Social Care (NHS IC) has 
considered your query dated the 8th August 2011. 
“Please could you provide a list of all of the Primary Care Trusts in England along with their 
population figures broken down into religions and ethnic groups.” 
Thank you for your request into the organisation, please find attached a spreadsheet 
containing a list of Primary Care Trusts in England with their population figures broken down 
by ethnic group provided to us by the Office of National Statistics. We do not hold any 
population estimates that relate to religion. 
I hope you understand the reasons why we are unable to supply all of the information 
requested. However, if you are not satisfied, you may request a review from a suitably 
qualified member of staff not involved in the initial query, via the e mail 
address or by post at the above postal address.
