Freedom of Information Request – FOI2022/00022 I am writing in response to your email received by Post Office Limited (“
Post Office”) on 7
January, which has been dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act
2000 (“
FOIA”).
I can confirm that Post Office does hold the information you have requested in your email:
Can you please state how many FOI requests you have turned down as vexatious?
Between 2012 and 2022 the total number of requests refused as vexatious is 47.
How many of these were between 2012 and 2019?
We refused 2 requests from one individual between 01/04/2013 -31/03/2014
How many since 2020?
We refused a total of 45 requests from two individuals since January 2020, 39 of which
were received during a 2.5-week period during August 2020.
