Freedom of information request
I am writing in response to your request for information which has been handled under
the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
Could you please provide the following information regarding your current Sterile
Services Track and Trace system that is in use?
• Do you have an HSDU Department? Yes
• If yes, what Sterile Services Track and Trace system do you currently use? Nexus
• When did the contract start and when does the contract end? This is a rolling contract
and has been in use since 2004
• How much do you spend on support for the system on an annual basis? 6k per year
• Who is the current Sterile Services Manager? Nigel Martin
