Dear Lydia,

Freedom of Information Request – FOI2021/00932

I am writing in response to your email received by Post Office Limited (“Post Office”) on
26 October, which has been dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act
2000 (“FOIA”).

In your email you have requested the following information:

I would like to see all information you hold pertaining to the decision making process
surrounding the decision not to keep Haworth Main St Post Office on the ordering
list for Royal Mail's Christmas 2021 stamps, please.

I can confirm that Post Office does not hold the information you have requested.

There was no decision made not to keep Haworth Main Street Post Office on the ordering
list for Royal Mail’s Christmas 2021 stamps.  However, there was an administrative error
when the recently opened branch in Haworth was updated with the name, Station Road
Post Office. This led to the Haworth branch on Main Street being omitted from a list for a
short period of time.  This has now been corrected.

We can confirm that a Christmas stamp order was dispatched by special delivery to
Haworth Post Office on 22 October 2021 and arrived at the branch in plenty of time
before the stamps go on sale (2 November).

If you have any queries about this response, please contact me. Do remember to quote
the reference number above in any future communications.

I hope the information I have provided on this occasion is useful, however if you are
dissatisfied with the handling of this response, you do have a right to request an internal
review. You can do this by writing to the address below stating your reasons for your
internal review request.
