    No.

 

b) Has been the subject of a planning enforcement enquiry regarding
allegations of it functioning as a HMO? (and if so, what action was
taken?)

   

    Yes.  Raglan Road has been the subject of a planning enforcement
enquiry regarding allegations of it functioning as a HMO.  The Council
served an enforcement notice on the         

    property in 1994.
