I am writing in response to your email received by Post Office Limited (“Post Office”) on 5 
October, which has been dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 
2000 (“FOIA”).  
 
In your email you have requested the information shown in bold below. I can confirm that 
Post Office does hold the information you have requested. 
 
1- How many SPM have in the past two years achieved the milestones of working for 
the Network for 10 years, 20 years and 30 years or more? 
 
10 years = 271 postmasters 
20 years = 156 postmasters  
30 years or more? = 87 postmasters  
 
2- How are these achievements recognised? 
 
All Community Service Awards come with a Presentation pack, certificate with acrylic 
block & letter. 
 
3- What is the Annual Budget for long-service awards? 
Annual Budget is currently set at £45,000
