Your request was received on 10 August 2021 and I am dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom
of Information Act 2000 (‘the Act’).
You asked:
Could you please provide:
a. the examiner's reports for all LLM papers for the years 2018/2019 and 2020/2021;
b. the distribution of grades (e.g., 1st, 2.1, 2.2, etc.) for all LLM papers for the years 2018/2019
and 2020/2021 (if not already provided in the examiner's reports);
c. the number of students who took each of the LLM papers for the years 2018/2019 and
2020/2021; and
d. the distribution of overall degree classification for LLM students for the years 2018/2019 and
2020/2021.
This information is attached. Minor redactions of personal data have been made under section
40(3A)(a) of the Act because the release of the redacted information would breach the first data
protection principle (the fair, lawful and transparent processing of personal data) as set out in the UK
General Data Protection Regulation. This part of section 40 confers absolute exemption under the Act.
