This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 
You requested:
 
Under the FOI I formally request that you that you provide me with the following

Please advise the total number of burials and cremations, annually, broken 
down by burials and cremations from January 2015 to July 2021 (or last full 
month of data) in the County Durham council jurisdiction  
 
Our response:
 
Under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act (FoIA), we are not required 
to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably 
accessible to you.  This is an absolute exemption and there is no public interest 
test.
 
We have a duty under section 16 of the act to provide applicants with advice 
and assistance. We therefore wish to advise you that information relating to
