Thank you for your email of 29th May 2021 where you requested the following information: A new Horizon Working Group was announced by DTI Minister of State Ian McCartney on 28th
May 1999 to ‘oversee successful implementation’ of the Horizon programme. It was originally
chaired by McCartney and later by DTI’s Minister for Competitiveness Alan Johnson.
Please can you release reports and or minutes from the Horizon Working Group from July 1999
to January 2000.
