The details we require are:
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the
contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of contract/framework
• Has an extension been agreed, if so, for how long?
• Will the framework(s)/contract(s) be up for renewal, if so when?
• Could you provide the tender documents for this contract?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?’
Your enquiry has been considered to be a request for information in accordance with the
Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000.
A search for the information has been completed within the Ministry of Defence and I can
confirm that some information in scope of your request is held.
In response to part one of your request, I can advise you that there was no PQQ or ITT
competition stage for this particular contract as it was a single source tender award to I-
Coach Academy Limited.
In response to part two of your request, no payments have been made yet under this
contract.
In response to parts three, four and five of your request, the contract duration is from 1 April
2021 to 31 March 2022. No extension to this contract has been agreed and there is no
current plan to renew this specific contract.
In response to part six of your request, a copy of the tender document for this contract is
attached.
With regard to the final part of your request, there are a number of senior officers who have
been involved in this contract. As such, it is not possible to apportion responsibility (outside
of procurement) to one individual senior officer.
