Dear Rafi,
Thank you for your Freedom of Information (FoI) request received on 6 May. You wrote:
“I have a question about my child maintenance arrangements. My son lives with MGP
under SGO. Now my question is whether we both parents should pay child maintenance
as we separated now. How much would we both need to pay for child maintenance ?
Would it be 12% each or will reduce to pay it by each parent ?
I’m wondering that if we pay both 12%, it would be too much for one child. MGP also
received child benefits for our son.”
