Dear Lorraine,
Thank you for your Freedom of Information (FoI) request received on 1 May. You wrote:
“The Equality Act was in 2010. In 2011 the SPA for 1950's Women was accelerated, 
bringing it to a 6 year hike in total. Was this information communicated in Braille; 
Makaton or Sign Language etc or by Recordings or any other means to make it 
accessible to Ladies with Disabilities including Blindness; Deafness; Deafblindness and 
Learning Disabilities and Difficulties?”

To enable us to provide a response, please provide your real name. 
The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has issued guidance for public authorities on 
this topic. The ICO considers that "the name of the applicant refers to the real name of the
