Candidates were assessed on Behaviours (on a scale of 1-7) and Strengths (on a scale 
of 1-4). The pass mark for this campaign required a minimum score of four for each 
Behaviour and a minimum score of two for each Strength. 
How many applicants who passed this was not offered a job? 
58 candidates were not immediately offered a job and placed on a reserve list
Of these how many came from a BAME background?
