What is the current median FTE pay for men and women in the organisation?
Our current median FTE gender pay gap is 36.8%, our mean is 11.8%. This gap is clearly
attributable to 70% of administrative staff being female. 58% of our management team and 54%
of our lecturers are women. Every organisation calculates their pay gap differently so figures do
not bear benchmark comparison with other organisations.

We have 4 new members who’s Registers are dated April 2021. Our website is currently being re-
branded and updated and this information should be available in the next couple of weeks.
