The one gul y was identified in Osney Lane, connected to the foul network but is not causing any
capacity concerns.

Hi
The capacity has been assessed to be able to manage the additional flows from the new
development.
Operations are continuing to review the odour issues reported confirming there is no CSO within
the area and arranging further investigations to ensure the asset is managed affectively.
Kind regards

Hi
Thanks for your help and feedback to date. Given the sensitivity of the site, please could you provide
a brief formal response from TW stating the latest findings re. CSO and that you do not object to the
proposal. It would be helpful to upload this to the website ahead of committee.
Kind regards

Hi
Thanks for the email. So, does this mean that there is no issue and Thames Water do not object to
the proposal?

Afternoon
Operations have been out and confirmed there is no CSO.
I believe the confusion came from a gul y being connected to the foul network.
