Please can you disclose to me the details of the case raised by Andrea Jenkyns on 4
Feb 2020 to Johnny Mercer at defence questions.”
I am treating your correspondence as a request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 (FOIA). A search for the information requested has now been
completed within the Ministry of Defence (MOD), and I can confirm some information in
scope of your request is held.
