Thank you very much. There are no missing bol ard (as of date) only cut or missing padlocks.
Also, please unbag the road sign on Heber road, warning motorists that there is no way through Ashford.
I'm afraid I have seen footage of cars and vans mounting the pavement in al four locations on both sides
(Ashford, St Michael, Ivy and Mora), not too sure what the solution is as preventive measures must not led
to obstruction on the footway for wheelchair users, double buggies, etc...
Kind regards

Hi
Thanks for your email. The contractor that provided the bol ards and padlocks is closed
between Christmas and New Year and will reopen on 4th January. When they return to the
office, I wil arrange for the fol owing actions to be prioritised for the Olive Road Healthy
Neighbourhood scheme:-
1. Instal a new lockable bol ard and padlock on St Michael’s Road and provide a static
bol ard on the footway (on the right hand side looking towards Olive Road)
2. Provide a new padlock on Ashford Road
3. Provide a new padlock Ivy Road.
Kind regards

Hel o,
A third lock is missing on the filter of Ivy Road (junction with Larch road).

Although, al three bol ards are stil up, some people on Facebook are entertaining the idea
of seeing how difficult it is to lift them after being shown how to do it by the contractors
when first instal ed.
Could someone been sent out to replace the locks, please?
Thank you
Kind regards

Hel o,
Not expecting this to be picked up immediately but just to let you know the
bol ard on St Michael's road isn't there any more and the kerbside bol ard on
Ashford road is unlocked. Both are part of the Olive road Healthy
Neighbourhood.
Merry Christmas
Thank you
Kind Regards
