Information Request - 10851349 - Arrests, prosecutions and convictions
I am responding to your request for information, which has been considered under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 (FoIA) and logged as case 10851349.
Your request is as follows:
Dear Cheshire Police and Crime Panel,Please could you provide details of how many people have
been (a) arrested for (b) prosecuted for and (c) convicted of vice-related offences by your force for
the years 2018 to 2020 inclusive; and if possible the gender and age/age-range of the persons.Vice-
related offences include:
Loitering or Soliciting for Prostitution Trafficking for Sexual Exploitation Causing, Inciting and
Controlling Prostitution for Gain Keeping a Brothel Paying for Sexual Services.If possible can you
specify for each case which one of the offences listed above it was.

that the information you requested is not held by Cheshire East Council.
The Cheshire Police and Crime Panel is not classed as a public authority under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 and is therefore is not obliged to respond to such requests.
