This College Risk Assessment is publically available here.
Specifically (and this is by no means an exhaustive list), the College has encouraged home-
working wherever possible. During Hilary Term, all public areas are closed, no catering is
provided, only students resident in College properties may enter the premises (unless for
teaching). During Michaelmas Term, additional communal space was provided with a
Marquee to allow social distancing, the College has introduced social distancing in the Hall,
Scouts no longer go into inhabited student rooms, managers have access to a dynamic
record of self-isolating students so that they can tell their staff which rooms to avoid, some
staff are now permitted to use the car park in college so that they don't have to use the bus,
screens have been installed in front of customer-facing staff (e.g. Lodge, Hall, etc), all staff
have been asked to complete online Covid training, staff who are Clinically Extremely
Vulnerable and/or pregnant have been furloughed, information about health and wellbeing
initiatives available through the University has been circulated.
How many non-academic members of staff have contracted Covid-19 since the beginning of 2020?
The College does not hold this information.
Yours

College Secretary
