Dear Mr Amar Singh
Freedom of Information Act 2000
Thank you for your enquiry of 4 December 2020, which we have considered under the
terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the FOI Act).
You asked for the following information:
“Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,
Previous FOI2020/41558 request was not valid due to the first and last name not
provided thus made the request invalid.
Please can i have a copy of the letter sent to HMT by RPC. Information rights unit
could not find any letters under the pre action protocol as per the below paragraph
sent but upon wider searches there was a letter sent.
"However, following wider searches of our records we have identified that we do
hold a copy of related correspondence from RPC LLP. The letter we have received is
not a formal pre-action letter under the relevant pre-action protocol, but we thought
it would be helpful to let you know of its receipt."
Please can i have a copy of this letter.”
As confirmed in previous correspondence, HM Treasury holds information within the scope
of your request. Please see the relevant document attached.
If you have any queries about this letter, please contact us. Please quote the reference
number above in any future communications.
