Your request Please can you provide me with the inspection report and any recorded evidence
associated with the recent food safety inspection of: Karam Lebanese Deli, 122 - 124
Hammersmith Road.
After an inspection in September the premises was rated with a score of 1..
Our response This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I can confirm that the information requested is held by Hammersmith and Fulham. I have
enclosed copies of the information that is being released to you.
Please find attached a copy of the inspection report sent to the business following their
routine food hygiene inspection on the 23rd September. No photographs were taken during
the inspection.
