I am writing to confirm that we have now completed our search for the information you requested on
04.11.2020. I wish to advise you that some information cannot be disclosed as exemptions apply,
however,
A copy of the information that you requested is shown below.
i) When did Blackpool Council enter into a partnership with Cosy Homes in Lancashire/Affordable
Warmth Solutions?
December 2018.
ii) Can you please confirm how many schemes are in place in Blackpool along with their locations.
129 Blackpool properties (up to 31st October 2020).
iii) Can you please confirm how many schemes are pending in Blackpool along with their locations.
Currently 82 Blackpool properties in various stages of application.
The council is unable to disclose individual residential addresses as they are defined as
personal information and are therefore exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the
Act.
iv) Can you please confirm how many households have benefitted from the scheme
294 across the whole footprint.
v) Can you please provide a breakdown of the number of council and private households who have
benefitted from the scheme.
Please note the Council do not directly hold any housing stock and a breakdown of which
properties are privately owned opposed to by a housing association is not held.
Where some of the information has been withheld because an exemption(s) applies, I have described
the exemption and reason below.

This applies because:
Section 40(2) applies because the council is unable to disclose individual residential addresses as they
are defined as personal information. This is an absolute exemption and we are not required to
undertake a public interest test.
