I write further to your request for information which was received on 22nd
October 2020, to confirm, in accordance with S.1(1)(a) of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000, that Powys Teaching Health Board (PTHB) does hold the
information that you require.

When did these social care systems go live?
Are any new systems being implemented to replace these?
If so when did the implementations start and when is the planned go-

management system in Children’s social care and Social care finance is WCCIS
– Care works.

Powys Teaching Health Board is the operational name of
Powys Teaching Local Health Board
b) I can confirm Powys Teaching Health Board’s current Adult Social Care and
Social Care finance case management system is WCCIS – Care works.
c) I can confirm that Powys Teaching Health Board’s current Health and health
finance care management system is WCCIS – Care works.
2) WCCIS – Care works went live in Powys Teaching Health Board in 2016.
3) I can confirm Powys Teaching Health Board is not implementing any new
systems to replace these.
4) Not applicable due to answer to question 3.
