6 Police Impersonators stalking Targeted Individuals

The request was refused by Metropolitan Police Service (MPS).

Dear Metropolitan Police Service (MPS),

This is a query under the Freedom of Information Act:
Please go to youtube and watch the seven clips from [name removed], youtube name wellworn65. He filmed being "watched" like a criminal suspect and gangstalked in his area North London.
Three of his stalkers filmed on clip April stalking
http://www.youtube.com/user/wellworn65#p...
worked as Police Impersonators in Scotland, Paisley and Glasgow area, and visited deceived Renfrewshire council officials and the Glasgow safer Community officials.
The Targeted Individual [name removed], filmed a group of stalkers about 15 strong. The 3 Police Impersonators I posted comments and can be located there.

I had also enquired to Strathclyde Police about an Police Impersonator with fake grey uniform, but take notice that the last 2 Police Impersonators I spotted in London wear now GENUINE Police PATROL GEAR.

Police impersonators get deployed to deceive officials, intimidate a targeted individual or slander the target to shop keepers and other services and then are withdrawn from the area. The operation lasts about one hour maximum, so there is not time to report crime to the local police and get them caught.
Their leader is a 60 years old Englishman, near 6ft slim built drives a Daihatsu smv dark blue people carrier with plates L JO3 UGS. The Daihatsu has a sticker at the back from Kinghams Croydon dealership.
Considering that fake police officers can slander a target to the council, his GP or his employer and then vanish within an hour what prevention measures can be taken?
The leader of the six fake impersonators used a similar dark blue people carrier in Glasgow when stalking and intimidating me, he had me stalked twice with the group of three stalkers in April harassment [name removed]'s video on you tube. The impersonators are filmed there stalking him as a Road sweeper, a woman walking casually in front of him and a man holding a newspaper and watching him.
Prevention measures due to the speed of the fraud being done. Also when the vehicle gets checked, I don't know if it is a deliberate "spoof", where you find the owner of the car is 30 years old for example and not the 60 year old leader of the gang I describe.
Also is there a way to identify the entire gangstalker group filmed by [name removed] and issue them with a Police caution not to stalk me since they had been stalking me in Glasgow and 2 of them filmed in the clip "upstairs residents" were stalking me recently in December 2010?

Yours faithfully,

Joanna Iatridou

Metropolitan Police Service (MPS)

Dear Ms Iatridou

Freedom of Information Request Reference No:2011010004192

I write in connection with your request for information which was received
by Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) on 26/01/2011.

DECISION

I have decided to refuse access to the information you have requested
under the provisions of Section 8 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
(the Act).

REASON FOR DECISION

Section 8 of the Act provides:

(1)         In this Act any reference to a "request for information" is a
reference to such a request which-

(a) is in writing,
(b) states the name of the applicant and an address for correspondence,
and
(c) describes the information requested.

(2)        For the purposes of subsection (1)(a), a request is to be
treated as made in writing where the text of the request-

(a) is transmitted by electronic means,
(b) is received in legible form, and
(c) is capable of being used for subsequent reference.

The Freedom of Information Act grants access to recorded information. For
a request to be valid under FOIA, the applicant must meet the criteria set
out in section 8 of the Act by describing the information they are
requesting. This description enables a public authority to identify any
relevant recorded information that they may hold.

The request you have made does not appear to ask for recorded information,
nor does it describe any information that you are seeking. It is therefore
not a valid request under FOIA, and will not be processed.

If you wish to provide a further description specifying the recorded
information that you are looking for, then the MPS will process this
request if it meets the section 8 criteria.
