I am writing further to our acknowledgement of 29th March and your request for information of the same date.
I am now in a position to respond to your request for ‘all documents pertaining to the decision to install the boom across the castle millstream near the oxford canal /river lock in Oxfod City including all costs.’
We do not hold any documents relating to the decision made to install the boom or the associated costs. However, I have attached a copy of our response to a complaint made about this structure which details some of the background information that you have requested.
