I am looking to find out how many Nursing & HCA shifts were covered by agencies during 
the financial year of 2018/2019. 
 
Response details 
 
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (the UHB) would like to advise that 28,376 shifts 
were covered during 2018/2019.
