Thank you for your request received on 7 September 2020 for the provision of the following
information:- 1) Between May 1 2020 and present, any planning documents, briefing notes, or meeting
agenda items and associated papers which show, outline, predict or examine the potential
impact of a second wave of Covid-19.
1a) Please take this to include any documentation (but not email correspondence) which
includes the phrase 'second wave'.
1b) The condition in 1a should not be taken to exclude information which falls under the
scope of the first part of this request but does not include the phrase 'second wave'.
2) Any risk and/or impact assessments carried out by the health board in regards to the
