Dear Ms Eleanor Shaikh,
Thank you for your email of 3rd September where you requested the following information:
According to the 1st April 2016 Memorandum of Understanding between UKGI and the
Department for BIS, periodic reviews are carried out of UKGI’s engagement with the department
(p2, point 6.7).
i) How many such reviews have been conducted between 1st April 2016 and the present?
Please can you supply dates and identify individuals responsible for undertaking the reviews?
ii) Please can you publish findings of the reviews, specifically in respect of UKGI’s oversight of
Post Office Limited on behalf of the Department, including recommendations for areas where
further UKGI support was/is required?
iii) When is the next review scheduled to take place?
iv) Has any review been instigated specifically to address how UKGI engaged with the
department with regard to POL’s Horizon IT controversy and if so what is the time-scale for its
