under the FOIA would contravene any of the data protection principles (set out in
Article 5(1) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Section 40(7) of
the FOIA)). Post Office has therefore withheld the names of individuals where such
disclosure to you would contravene the 'lawfulness, fairness and transparency'
principle set out at Article 5(1)(a) of the GDPR. Post Office considers that it has no
lawful basis on which to disclose to you this withdrawn personal data since none of the
lawful bases listed under Article 6(1) of the GDPR are available to it.
In relation to your request for minutes, Post Office has carried out searches it consid-
ers to be reasonable and proportionate to identify minutes of meetings where the Re-
port was discussed. We have not identified any responsive minutes as yet but we are
still continuing our search and will respond should those searches prove succesful
From our review of correspondence and records it appears that the Report was to be
discussed by the Executive Committee.
