Thank you for your email of 10 August 2020 requesting the following information:
“a) How many sites that the Ministry of defence owns or runs in total
b) How many of these sites are designated under s.128 Serious Organised Crime and Police Act
c) I would also like a list of the designated sites which are operated, owned or run by MoD”
I am treating your correspondence as a request for information under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000 (FOIA).
A search for the information has now been completed within the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and I
can confirm that all the information in scope of your request is held. However, some of the
information you have requested, in particular concerning part b and c of your request is exempt
under Section 21 of the FOI Act because it is reasonably accessible to you, and I am pleased to

With regards to part a of your request, I can confirm that there is a total of 1120 establishments
