I am writing in response to your email received by Post Office Limited (“Post Office”) 
on 10 August 2020, which I am dealing with under the terms of the Freedom of 
Information Act 2000 (“FOIA”).  
 
We do hold information falling within the terms of your request; however, this has 
taken longer than anticipated and we are still reviewing the information.  
 
We will however provide a full response to your request by 6 October 2020 at the very
