Dear

As discussed, the purpose of the meeting on Thursday is to provide an update on the Kingmoor EfW project, in
particular the detailed process engineering and consequential non material amendments.

Our architect has updated the model and wil   run through this with you in the meeting.

We have done some work on NMAs, in particular the type of changes that have been accepted by other LPAs as
NMAs to EfWs. These are set out in the 5 attached Case Studies.  We have also prepared a note setting out what we
believe to be an appropriate methodology for consideration of NMAs.

Looking forward to seeing you both on Thursday.

Kind Regards
