Dear Amanda Hart,

Thank you for your Freedom of Information (FoI) request received on 25 February. You asked:

From her works diary, please kindly list the relevant entries to reflect the activities of the
present Secretary of State for your department, Thérèse Coffey.

Parameters:

On 24th February, 2020 between 22:59 and 23:29 when a list of those who died in DWP-
related circumstances was being read out in the House of Commons.

Please include date, time and entry description.

If nothing is listed then please provide the entry nearest to 22:59 on that date.

DWP Response:

I can confirm that following a search of our records the Department holds no information
relating to the first part of your request.

As nothing is held we are able to confirm that the nearest diary entry to 22:59 is noted as being
a political meeting and no further details relating to that event are held.

If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me quoting the reference number
above.

Yours sincerely,

DWP Central FoI Team
